About Me

It is easy to say I have a passion for architecture, yes this is correct but the beginnings of this came from my first hobbies Art followed closely by Geography.

As an architect student, I have developed a strongly modernist aesthetic with direct influences from the cubist movements and additionally the Georgian movement. Furthermore, I have been influenced by the writings and methodologies of Courbsier and Loos. Whilst admiring the fundamentals and works of Lois Khan and their place in the modern world today.

As a future architect, i have a strong ethos on sustainability within the built environment, place making within the urban environment, and social housing that is aesthetic, with a focus on critical regionalism.

The creation of art is not the fulfillment of a need but the creation of a need. ~ Lois Khan
